Booking Conditions
With this booking you are going to proceed to purchase the first installation of your Sónar Pass 2012. The purchase of the Sónar Pass will be completed, and therefore will allow access to the festival, when the second installment of the payment, which has to be made before 5th May 2012, is done.
Should the second payment not be made, Ticketmaster will automatically proceed to refund the cost of the first payment to the account associated with the credit card which was used to make the first payment: this will be of 80€ (non inclusive of distribution costs), to which will be deducted 3€ (VAT inc) for handling costs, in which case making a payment the amount of 77€ to your current account.

When you come to collect your ticket, don't forget to read the collection requirements that Ticketmaster gave you when you bought it, and bring with you your national identity document, passport or any other document that can identify you, as well as the credit card which you used to purchase it and the purchase booking confirmation. If the credit card is not yours, don't forget to bring written authorisation from the owner.
