Ticket collection requirements


When you come to collect your ticket, don't forget to read the collection requirements that Ticketmaster gave you when you bought it, and bring with you your national identity document, passport or any other document that can identify you, as well as the credit card which you used to purchase it and the purchase booking confirmation. If the credit card is not yours, don't forget to bring written authorisation from the owner.
Advance sale expenses not included

Advanced ticket sale expenses are charged by all ticketing companies.
Only at the festival ticket offices tickets are exempt of commissions.

Some Sónar by Day stages have limited capacity.
Minors aged 16 years old will be admitted to the daytime area of the Sónar by Day providing that they are accompanied by their legal guardian. 
Sónar by Night entrance from 16 years old and upwards.





The sale of alcohol is strictly forbidden to under 18s.
It is important to keep hold of the printed Sónar Pass and 2-Night Ticket. It must be shown upon entry each time the festival is accessed.
Sónar by Night: once you leave the event site further access will be denied.
